Knockout Chaos in the Office
Make sure to designate where items will be and store items that are similar or used together in the same area. I work on a lot of projects, moving between them when I get stumped or need a break from one. I use stackable bins to store materials for each project together in one location to avoid pets and people to mess up my projects/stacks.

Write with all pens, markers, pencils, etc. before you keep them because they may not work anymore and our preferences change over time.

Make sure shelves are deep enough if things overhang it looks messy

ZONE items in the room based on use.

The main issue in an office is zoning papers and anything for current projects.
